- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp hot coffee
- 1/2 cup granulated sweetener
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 8×8 pan.
- Whisk cocoa and hot coffee until smooth.
- Add yogurt, sweetener, egg, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 18–20 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.

- Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
