- 1 9-inch pie crust, rolled to fit 12-inch pizza pan
- 4 cups apples, peeled and diced (about 4 medium apples)
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour (topping)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (topping)
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll pie crust to fit a 12-inch pizza pan and create a slight edge.
- Mix white sugar, 3 tbsp flour, and cinnamon in a bowl. Toss apples in mixture until coated.
- Spread apples evenly over crust.
- In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and softened butter. Combine with hands until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
