- 1 1/2 cups ice cream (about 3 scoops, slightly softened)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk or cold coffee
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Fudge sauce (optional)
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Add cocoa powder and instant coffee (if using) to a blender.
- Add ice cream and milk or cold coffee.
- Blend until smooth and pourable.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, fudge sauce, or chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
- Use cold coffee instead of milk for a stronger flavor.
- Adjust coffee amount depending on strength preference.
- Use less liquid for thicker shake, more for thinner consistency.
