- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
- Crush Oreo cookies into coarse crumbs.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos gently.
- Fill liners 2/3 full and bake 18–20 minutes.
- Cool completely before frosting or topping.
Notes
- Do not overmix after adding Oreos to preserve texture.
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Top with extra crushed Oreos for decoration.
