Instructions
- Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Slowly combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth batter forms.
- Transfer batter to piping bag or squeeze bottle.
- Heat oil in deep skillet to 350°F.
- Pipe batter into hot oil in straight lines and cut with scissors if needed.
- Fry 20–30 seconds per side until golden brown, flipping once.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar or toppings.
