  • 1 pkg frozen phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix honey and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. Unroll phyllo dough and cover with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
  4. Layer 4 sheets of phyllo, brushing each with melted butter.
  5. Spread honey-cinnamon mixture over top and sprinkle with nuts if using.
  6. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
  7. Brush tops with remaining butter.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
