- 9 graham cracker sheets
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 7 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (0.13 oz) packet Kool Aid powder (any flavor)
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Process graham crackers and brown sugar into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter.
- Press mixture into pie dish to form crust. Freeze 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in condensed milk.
- Add Kool Aid powder and mix until combined.
- Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Spread filling into crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled with optional whipped cream or cherries.
Notes
- Any Kool Aid flavor works for different color and taste variations.
- Use powdered Kool Aid only, not liquid concentrate.
- Store-bought crust can be used for convenience.
- Light cream cheese works for a lighter texture.
- Best served cold after fully set.
