- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Make and bake crust until golden.
- Spread cranberry sauce over crust.
- Mix lemon filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour over cranberry layer carefully.
- Bake until set.
- Cool, chill, slice, and dust with powdered sugar.
