  • Boiling water (for bath)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare ramekins.
  2. Mix flour and cornstarch.
  3. Make lemon sugar with zest and sugar.
  4. Cream butter, sugar, and egg yolks.
  5. Add dry ingredients, milk, and lemon juice.
  6. Whip egg whites and fold into batter.
  7. Pour into ramekins and bake in water bath.
  8. Cool before serving.
