- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in cereal and marshmallows.
- Scoop onto baking sheet.
- Bake 9–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake for soft cookies.
- Use room temperature butter.
- Add extra marshmallows on top before baking for visual appeal.
- Chill dough for thicker cookies.
