- 200g granulated sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 120g all-purpose flour
- 30g cocoa powder

- 200g Mint Aero chocolate
- 75g chocolate chips (optional)
- 50g walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line baking pan.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together.
- Whisk sugars and eggs until thick.
- Mix melted chocolate into egg mixture.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt.
- Pour half batter into pan.
- Add Mint Aero chocolate layer.
- Top with remaining batter.
- Bake 25–30 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
