- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and butter, press into pie dish, and chill.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, peppermint, and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Add crushed peppermint candies.
- Spread into crust.
- Chill 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and serve chilled.
