Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups quick oats
Instructions
- Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Boil butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix in oats.
- Drop spoonfuls onto trays.
- Let set 20–30 minutes until firm.
Notes
- Store up to 3 days at room temp or 1 week refrigerated.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
