Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into mini tart pans and chill.
- Whisk condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour into crusts.
- Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Top pies with whipped cream and garnish with lime zest.
- Chill until set and serve cold.
