- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 25 Oreo cookies (mix of regular and golden)
Instructions
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Crush Oreos into chunks and fold into dough with white chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for 20–60 minutes (optional but recommended).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet and bake 8–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool before serving.

- Chilling helps prevent spreading and improves texture.
- Do not overbake for soft, chewy cookies.
- Use any Oreo flavor for variation.
- Press dough slightly if Oreo chunks prevent spreading.
