Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peaches, raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice; let sit 10 minutes.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; stir until just combined.
- Pour fruit into greased baking dish.
- Spoon batter over fruit evenly.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
- Let cobbler rest 5 minutes after baking to thicken juices.
- Brush top with melted butter for a richer crust.
