- 2 cans sliced peaches, drained
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
- Mix peaches with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Spread into baking dish.
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Top peaches with mixture.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use cold butter for best crisp topping.
- Drain peaches well to avoid sogginess.
- Reheat in oven to re-crisp topping.
