- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread mixture in baking dish.
- Add drained pineapple layer evenly on top.
- Mix pecans, graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over pineapple layer.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Add whipped cream for extra sweetness.
- Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
- Can be served warm or cold.
