- 2 1/2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 6 oz blue mixed berry Jell-o
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 cups boiling water, divided
- 6 oz raspberry Jell-o
- 1 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tbsp sugar. Press into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread half over crust and chill 30 minutes.
- Prepare blue Jell-o with half the boiling water; cool.
- Add blueberries over chilled layer, then pour blue Jell-o on top. Chill 2–4 hours until set.
- Spread remaining cream mixture on top; chill 30 minutes.
- Prepare raspberry Jell-o with remaining boiling water; cool.
- Add raspberries and pour Jell-o on top. Chill 2–4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Cool crust completely before adding filling.
- Best results come from overnight chilling.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
