A festive and colorful dessert featuring layers of pretzel crust, cream cheese filling, and vibrant Jell-o topped with fresh berries.

  • 2 1/2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 oz blue mixed berry Jell-o
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 cups boiling water, divided
  • 6 oz raspberry Jell-o
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tbsp sugar. Press into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread half over crust and chill 30 minutes.
  6. Prepare blue Jell-o with half the boiling water; cool.
  7. Add blueberries over chilled layer, then pour blue Jell-o on top. Chill 2–4 hours until set.
  8. Spread remaining cream mixture on top; chill 30 minutes.
  9. Prepare raspberry Jell-o with remaining boiling water; cool.
  10. Add raspberries and pour Jell-o on top. Chill 2–4 hours or overnight.
  11. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Cool crust completely before adding filling.
  • Best results come from overnight chilling.
  • Top with whipped cream if desired.
