- 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1.5 cups chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Mix chocolate crumbs with melted butter and press into springform pan.
- Whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture gently.
- Fold in 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups.
- Spread into crust and top with remaining candy.
- Chill at least 6 hours until set.
