- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
- Fold in smoked beef and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill dough 15–20 minutes for better texture.
- Use room-temperature butter for proper mixing.
- Do not overbake to keep cookies soft.
