- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, dairy, or oat)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Optional toppings: fresh strawberries, granola, coconut, nuts
Instructions
- Blend strawberries into a smooth puree.
- Mix chia seeds with milk in a bowl or jar and stir well.
- Add strawberry puree and combine thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.
Notes
- Stir once after 10–15 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Adjust sweetness based on preference.
- Best enjoyed within 2–3 days when refrigerated.
