- 12 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 20 golden sandwich cookies, crushed
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
Instructions
- Prepare and dry strawberries completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cheesecake mixture.
- Wrap mixture around strawberries to form bites.
- Chill for 30–45 minutes.
- Mix crushed cookies, butter, and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Roll chilled bites in crunch coating.
- Chill again before serving.
