- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/2 cup Golden Oreo crumbs or crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- Line mini muffin tin with liners.
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into each cup.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon or pipe filling onto crusts.
- Mix crushed strawberries with Oreo crumbs and sprinkle over bites.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Remove and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use freeze-dried strawberries for best crunch and flavor.
- Chill fully for clean removal from molds.
- Add fresh strawberries for garnish if desired.
- Store in fridge up to 1 week.
