Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Golden Oreo crumbs or crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Line mini muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into each cup.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon or pipe filling onto crusts.
  6. Mix crushed strawberries with Oreo crumbs and sprinkle over bites.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Remove and serve chilled.
