  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberry slices
  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar; press into a 9×13 pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. In a saucepan, combine grape juice, water, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
  5. Add strawberries and simmer briefly.
  6. Pour strawberry mixture over cream layer.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
