- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberry slices
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar; press into a 9×13 pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
- In a saucepan, combine grape juice, water, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
- Add strawberries and simmer briefly.
- Pour strawberry mixture over cream layer.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Strain glaze for smoother texture if desired.
- Use fresh ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
