- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup berry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare cake batter with mix, water, oil, and eggs.
- Bake in a 9×13 pan for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a fork.
- Pour berry sauce evenly over the cake.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
- Spread cream mixture over cake.
- Top with fresh berries.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use coconut whipped cream and dairy-free cream cheese for a dairy-free version.
- Gluten-free cake mix can be substituted.
- Best served chilled for a refreshing texture.
