- 3 1/2 cups flour

- 1 can sliced peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
- Add egg, butter, flour, and salt; knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Mix peach filling ingredients.
- Prepare brown butter pecan streusel.
- Roll dough into rectangle.
- Add fillings and roll into log.
- Slice into 12 rolls.
- Let rise again.
- Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
- Mix icing and spread over warm rolls.
Notes
- Can refrigerate overnight before baking.
- Use dental floss for clean cuts.
- Best served warm.
