Gooey Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls are soft, fluffy rolls filled with sweet peach filling and topped with brown butter pecan streusel and cream cheese icing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can sliced peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
  2. Add egg, butter, flour, and salt; knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Mix peach filling ingredients.
  5. Prepare brown butter pecan streusel.
  6. Roll dough into rectangle.
  7. Add fillings and roll into log.
  8. Slice into 12 rolls.
  9. Let rise again.
  10. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
  11. Mix icing and spread over warm rolls.

Notes

  • Can refrigerate overnight before baking.
  • Use dental floss for clean cuts.
  • Best served warm.
