- 3 peaches, sliced
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 6 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 8 tbsp granola
- Honey for drizzling
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Slice peaches into wedges and prepare butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook peaches cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
- Add butter mixture and flip peaches carefully.
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until coated and tender.
- Allow peaches to cool slightly.
- Layer yogurt into serving glasses or bowls.
- Add grilled peaches and granola.
- Repeat layers until filled.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Serve while peaches are still warm for best flavor.
- Use ripe but firm peaches to prevent mushiness.
- Add nuts or chia seeds for extra texture.
