Instructions

  3. Mix dry ingredients separately and combine with wet ingredients.
  4. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake 18–20 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Beat cream cheese, honey, and powdered sugar to make frosting.
  7. Frost cupcakes and top with peaches.
