- Cupcakes:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Topping:
- Peach slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately and combine with wet ingredients.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake 18–20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, honey, and powdered sugar to make frosting.
- Frost cupcakes and top with peaches.
