Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking tray.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut slits along both sides, leaving center intact.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Spread lemon curd in center, then top with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold strips over filling in a braid pattern.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake 17–22 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool 30 minutes before slicing.
