Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare springform pan.
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into pan and bake.
- Cook blueberry swirl until thickened.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, vanilla, then eggs one at a time.
- Layer batter and blueberry swirl, creating swirls.
- Bake in water bath until edges set and center jiggles.
- Cool slowly in oven, then chill overnight before serving.
