  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups raisins

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, spices, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Cream butter with brown and white sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Fold in oats and raisins.
  6. Chill dough 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop onto baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes.
  9. Cool before serving.
